How Does Net Meter Works?
- They measure rate of production in watts
- It has 3 displays: 1st test screen, 2nd Power taken from the grid and 3rd power injected into the grid
- Customers only billed for their NET energy use.
- Only 20-30% of the energy produced by a Solar System, goes into the grid
- Net metering policies and rates, vary by state
